Tiers are the recommended pieces for laying large tiles. This product is available in various sizes and is supplied in plastic bags.
Available in bags of 100, 300 and 500 units
Depending on each installer, you can calculate between 2 and 4 shims for each tile. Some professionals put one shim on each side of the tile and others put two on each side. These shims will already count towards the next piece.
For a complete installation you will need to purchase shims. The wedges can be used by the leveling blocks, they will remain under the tiles and cannot be reused.
In smaller tiles you can also use the traditional spacers
How to use it
Laying the Base
- After spreading the adhesive cement, place the base of the tribrach under the ceramic tile on all 4 sides.
- For large tiles use two or more bases per side.
- Place the tile and hit with the rubber mallet
Insertion of the wedges
- Insert the wedges into the housing, pressing without exceeding the breaking point.
- To facilitate this task, the use of tweezers is recommended
